"Upon receipt, if you are not completely satisfied with any item you buy from us, return it and we will refund your full purchase price." Call us on items not in their original packaging or in your possession longer than 15 days.

By Mail:
Instead of transmitting your order online, you can print it out and mail it to us. Please be sure to sign the order form somewhere. Include credit card number (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) and expiration date, or one of the following forms of payment: Personal Check, Traveler’s Check or Money Order made out to Too Cool Car Stuff. Note: Personal checks must have your name and address pre-printed on them. Orders will be shipped when the check has cleared

Instead of transmitting your order online, print it out and fax it to us. Please be sure to sign the order form somewhere. Express Shipping: Express shipping via USPS next day, UPS next day or Fed Ex 2-day Air is available within the 48 contiguous United States at additional cost.

When You Can Expect To Receive Your Order: On in stock items (most items are in stock), with standard shipping, you can expect your order to arrive in 3 to 7 business days from the date it was shipped from our warehouse in Michigan. If the item is not in stock, you will receive a back order notice stating the anticipated shipping date.

Returns and Exchanges: Return any new or unused item to us within 21 days from the shipment date and we’ll refund the full purchase price excluding shipping charges. Please keep all boxes, when you receive them. They are very important in the event merchandise is damaged, or needs to be returned. Please call Customer Service for a return authorization number prior to sending it back.

Damaged Merchandise: Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Should your order arrive in damaged condition, immediately inform your local carrier. Be sure to keep your original box and packing material. You must make claims for shipping damages to the delivery carrier within three days.
